NYC at its Best.
There are few places more beautiful than NYC during the onset of springtime. As native NYers creep out of their winter caves in anticipation of blooming buds and brightly-colored sandal selections, people literally stop to smell the (recently-planted) flowers, with smiles on their faces and pale, bare legs exposed.
