When my 'rents came to visit my new Denver apartment for the first time just two months ago, without hesitation I forked over the keys to our 2012 (leased) Honda Civic and (pre-owned) queen size bed. While proud to demonstrate the fruits of my relocated independence, seniority is as seniority does, and it's the small luxuries in life that my folks have hard-earned over the last thirty-two (plus) years.
