Hard, Fast Rules.
During happy hour dates, text messages, and (most recently) skype conversations with my 30-something single friends -- many of whom are diligently dedicated to life, liberty, and the pursuit of lasting romance -- I am semi-fondly reminded that there are no hard, fast rules to this ever-tireless dating game. While a far from comforting notion to the school of eligible women and men looking for love, when Mr. or Ms. Right do eventually come along, the seemingly endless hours devoted to everyone else will become foggy memories of (dinner conversations) past.
