Tuning Out.
On the brink of a one week vacation to PR, I've come up with one rule for my roommate and I to follow: no cell phones. With Verizon service sure to follow us into the rain forest and beyond (Can you hear me now?), the idea of tuning the world out for 168 hours is extremely enticing. Yet the reality of such a feat is likely impossible, as nagging needs to check, update, and like the world left behind are as second nature as the habits we truly cannot live without. Enjoy!
